- Competition Period: The Apple Press Sip & Win Competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in New Zealand from 15th December 2023 to 15th January 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
- Eligibility: The Competition is open to customers who purchase any of The Apple Press products from participating Four Square stores during the Competition Period. Participants must be New Zealand residents and at least 18 years of age.
- Prizes: Participants have the chance to win a local Four Square summer prize pack valued at over $500 NZD. The prize pack includes the following items: 1x Beach umbrella, 1x The Apple Press branded Hawaiian shirt, 1x The Apple Press branded Frisbee, 1x The Apple Press branded T-shirt, 1x The Apple Press branded Smoothie Tote Bag, 1x The Apple Press branded Cooler bag, 1x The Apple Press branded BBQ Apron, 2x The Apple Press Apple Juice 1.5L, 3x The Apple Press Smoothies 800ml, 3x The Apple Press branded Wellness Range 800ml, 3x The Apple Press branded Apple Juice 800ml.
- Entry: To enter the Competition, customers must purchase one or more of The Apple Press products from participating Four Square stores during the Competition Period. Each purchase constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
- Notification of Winners: The winners of the Competition will be selected through a random draw and contacted on Monday, January 29th, 2024, using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
- Consent to Receive Emails: By entering the Competition, participants agree to receive occasional emails from The Apple Press as outlined on the entry form and tick box. The Apple Press respects your privacy, and no customer data will be sold, passed on, or shared with any other third parties.
- Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. The Apple Press reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. The Apple Press is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses associated with the prize, including but not limited to delivery or use of the prize.
- General Conditions: The Apple Press reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
