Morning Routines Made Simple: An Interview with Kevin from Fitness All Together

As the owner and operator of Auckland-based fitness community, Fitness All Together, Kevin’s own infectious energy is a solid match for the high energy workouts his team puts together. With over ten years’ experience as a fitness instructor, Kevin is known for his “go hard, but keep it fun” ethos.
We joined Kevin as he set up for a class at Silo Park in Auckland to get a glimpse of his morning routine. 

 

TELL US WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO. 

Hey, I’m Kevin and I’m the proud owner of Fitness All Together.  

 

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF THE DAY?

I would say that my favourite part of the day is the moment straight after the class. You can really feel the hype from the people coming to the session. 

 

TELL US ABOUT YOUR MORNING ROUTINE.

Our first class often starts at 6.40am, so I’m not really eating breakfast in the morning, I’m more fast-paced with a coffee or a smoothie.  

 

WHAT’S SOMETHING EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT FITNESS ALL TOGETHER?

Everyone is welcome, that’s part of our name, “all together”. Yeah, making people move, that’s us.
