Because we cold-press individual apple varieties, each of our juices have their own taste characteristics, some tangy, some even effervescent, with each of them scoring differently on our sweet-o-meter (clearly tagged on our bottles for you to see). Our Journey

At the core of The Apple Press is Founder Ross Beaton and his passion for apples. Hawke’s Bay born and bred, Ross started out planting apple tress with his two brothers back in 1984 – 8,484 of them, to be exact. Click below to follow the journey and find out how The Apple Press was established.
