Ingredients

350ml The Apple Press Pulpy Orange & Apple Juice
1 ½ cups frozen mango
¼ cup Greek Yoghurt
¼ teaspoon each – cardamom, cinnamon, ginger powder

Method

Place all ingredients into your blender and process on high for 2 minutes.

Tips

If you are not a fan of these spices, take them out and add vanilla extract!
This smoothie is perfect frozen into ice-blocks for the Summer months.
Swap out the yoghurt to coconut yoghurt to make this dairy free.
